I. Description

Woven geotextile DML is produced on the full automatic production line with Korea standards, made of 100% of Polyester material. It is applied for big and key projects such as the wharves, high way, embankments thanks to high tensile strength and low elongation. It ensures long-term durability and requirements for construction projects.

STABILIZATION AND REINFORCEMENT OF WEAK SOIL: if no the reinforcement geotextile layer, the raw stone sand layer will directly affect on the ground which made the soft soil deformed. Therefore, it is necessary to spread a layer of woven geotextile before spreading stone on weak ground. The woven geotextile spreading over the soft ground surface will stabilize the soil and control deformation of soil in two ways: the tension of the DML woven geotextile will divide the pressure of the raw soil layer to prevent from the digged soil into the small niches and interplay of textiles and surrounding soil create friction to limit the soil movement and strengthen the soil.

 

 

FILTRATION AND WATER DRAINAGE: the woven geotextile takes a filtration system role with its physical and hydraulic properties such as permeability and high flow rates. The pore size of textile allows the water to go through but retain the soil particles and is not blocked.

SEPARATE AND STABILIZE OF DRAINAGE: When trench of the buried underground drainage pipe will be lined with a layer of woven geotextile before filling with fine soil, the tension of woven textile creates a support upward to hold tight pipes were filled with gravel in the middle spaces, and the DML woven textile was also a layer between the fine soil layer used for leveling the fine soil naturally

ANTI-EROSION: A layer of gravel and rock are used to prevent erosion for the river banks and seacoasts. The woven geotextile will be applied between the rock layer and the soil to keep the soil from eroding against the sea waves attack.

Recovery of weak foundation: Woven geotexile is used to be as a saving-solution and cost-effective to restore areas, or weak ground areas and take a reinforcement role such as pond, mud pond.

Link the piles: Used to spread directly on top of reinforced piles to stabilize the weak foundation (workshop, tank, pond,…) take a linking roles between piles and help even distribution of payload

Lining the foundation with a lot of empty holes: Used to cover the foundation with empty holes, limestone foundation, foundation with a lot of block material,… for purpose of protection lining layers of HDPE geomembrane at the dump, reservoir, mining,…

Anti-corosion, filtration and drainage: Applied for the project such as dikes, dam, canal, irrigation canals, protection for river bank and seashore to solve 2 problems: Drainage filtration help reduction of hydrodynamics pressure at both of slop edges and eliminate energy caused for corrosion such as rain, wind, waves.

Reinforce of earthfill roadbed: Woven geotextile will be used to increase stabilization of earthfill on the weak foundation, or anywhere with low cutting-resistance such as bridge or harbor. With high stressful and tensile strength to prevent and eliminate collapse and slide of high earthfill
